Airport Meet and Greet Taxi at Jeddah and Madinah Airports
After a long flight, the last thing you want is to search for a taxi or negotiate a price. With a pre-booked pickup, your driver meets you at the airport and takes you straight to your hotel in Makkah, Madinah or Jeddah.
This page explains how meet and greet works at King Abdulaziz International Airport (JED) in Jeddah and Prince Mohammad bin Abdulaziz Airport (MED) in Madinah.
How meet and greet works
- Book on WhatsApp and share your flight number, terminal (if you know it), arrival time and the names of the passengers.
- We confirm your driver’s name and contact number before you travel.
- After immigration and baggage, message your driver on WhatsApp.
- Your driver meets you at the agreed meeting point and helps you to the car.
What to send us
- Flight number and date.
- Terminal at Jeddah (for example the North Terminal or Terminal 1), if known.
- Number of passengers and suitcases, including Zamzam if returning.
- Hotel name and address.
- A WhatsApp number that will work when you land.
If your flight is delayed
Share your flight number so we can plan around changes to your arrival. Message us if your plans change; immigration and baggage times vary, especially in peak season.
